short cut for allignment
in the new Excel it is easy. first hold down Alt and then the first letters
pop up on the tabs then when you press the letter (holding down alt) you see the letter for the next set of instructions so holding down Alt + HAR will align the cell / range to the right. then you must be in an older version of excel - I am on 2007 and they made
