Issue with menus
 

Ok. This is something that has happened a couple times and, for th elife of
me, I cannot remember how to fix it.

I open excel (no file/with a file it doesn't matter). When I go to the
"Format" menu, the "Rows" submenu is greyed out. I can't get to it. The
"columns" sub-menu works just fine and everything else appears ok. I can get
to the typical row features by right clicking on a row, but this doesn't give
access to everything.

Does ANYONE know how to fix this and maybe know what may be causing it so I
can fix that too?
