Saving / emailing sinlge excel sheet, not entire workbook

I created a workbook with several sheets. Is there any way that I can just
save and/or email a single sheet. I don't want the recipient to be able to
view the other sheets in the workbook.

Send the sheet as the body of the email or just copy to a new empty
workbook, save and attach that new book.
