how to update info
i have put together a spread sheet of rents for certian unit types. often
these rents will change. i do not want to have to change the entire sheet everytime we change the rents. is there a way that i can put in some kind of key where i can put all the unit types and the rents and if a rent changes for a certian unit type then i can change it once on the key and it will automatically populate all of that particular unit type with the updated rent in the spreadsheet? thank you |
how to update info
yes, very easy, instead of entering the rent every time, enter it in one
cell, say A1, then wherever you want that rent to appear, put =A1 in the cell.
