How do you add an amount to a column of amounts to increase the number by the
same amount? I am doing a worksheet and need to increase all the amounts in
column D by $600.00. Please help, I can't find the answer anywhere in my
Office 2007 book or in Excel Help. Tks

Hi,

Put 600 in a cell and copy it. Select the cells to change and then

Edit|Paste special - select ADD - OK

I'm not exactly sure where pasteSpecial is in Excel 2007

shrotcut to paste special still works CTRL+ALT+V
or
On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click the down arrow of the Paste
icon and click the Paste Special option
