Hi,
Put 600 in a cell and copy it. Select the cells to change and then Edit|Paste special - select ADD - OK I'm not exactly sure where pasteSpecial is in Excel 2007 Mike "Darla" wrote: How do you add an amount to a column of amounts to increase the number by the same amount?
