substring

Hi,

I have to separate the number (0101940195183000) into 4 parts. i.e
Part1 12
Part1 3019
Part 10718139
Part 1000

and need to paste in 4 separate columns. Please help me if there is any
formula...because i have to do this process for multiple numbers.
