Using MS Office 2007 PDF Add-In Converter
 

I've just downloaded and installed the subject SW. I immediately see how a
WS, once prepared for print can be Sent as an e-mail attachment by going to
the Office Button, selecting Send... And I see the PDF option there...

But othewise I don't see i't functionality anywhere else. Where are the
other options in the Office button or Ribbon options???

Under File -- Save As you should also see "PDF and XPS" with a notation that
this option will "Publish..." the file. That option saves it as a .pdf file
in the location you choose.
