Hi Gord and Thank you. actually I need more of a survey database, like how
many rooms and such. Looked in templates kind find anything and not very good
in excel. Any help would be appreciated

Should be very simple to enter the number of rooms in your hotel in a cell.

Assuming you know that number.

Not so simple may be the "and such" part.

We would need a better description of your needs before anyone could attempt
to assist.
