Total Help!
 

I need the total that is effected by
Date and phrase.

I need Tuition for:
("NON-TRIBAL FT"=2718)AFTER 2009-10
("NON-TRIBAL FT"=2394)BEFORE 2009-10
("TRIBAL FT"=1002)AFTER
("TRIBAL FT"=882)BEFORE
NON-TRIBAL PT = H21*B21
TRIBAL PT= H21*B21
And if QTY (B21) is great than or = to 12 and less than or = to 18 to = one
of the four above:
("NON-TRIBAL FT"=2718)AFTER
("NON-TRIBAL FT"=2394)BEFORE
("TRIBAL FT"=1002)AFTER
("TRIBAL FT"=882)AFTER

and if (B21) = greater than 18, to add Unit Price (H21) for every (1)
greater than 18.
EX:
QTY=23
DESC= Tuition Full Time Non-Tribal '06
Unit Price=199.5
Total MUST= 3391.5

I know its complicated, but Don't know what I'm doing here
