Can I copy header & Footer into new file?

Any help on the aforementioned would be much appreciated! :)

Can I copy header & Footer into new file?
 

Create the new workbook as follows

1) go to orignal worksheet
2) right click tab on bottom (like sheet1)
3) Select move or copy
4) check box Make copy
5) Go to pulldown and select new worbook.
