viewing data by multiple users
 

Hi need your help. my organization use an excel file to log work activities.
there are many formulas and macro used to summerize all the activities on a
real time basis. currently the only one who can view the summery is the
person updating the excel file. is it possible for other users to view the
summery updates on real time?
