Default Shared File Automatic Update

Is there anyway to live update a shared file? I have an Excel 2007 file that
will be accessed by 3-4 people at one time. This works by Sharing the file,
but it doesn't update the other two screens until the file is saved by
everyone and re-opened. Can the updates occur live or by a refresh key?
