Excel 2007 Crashes when Saving to .xls
I have a workbook with a large amount of VBA that works just fine in Excel
2003. However, when I open the file in Excel 2007 and try to "Save" or "Save as" in any format (.xls, .xlsx, .xlsm), Excel crashes. This is the error I get: Problem signatu Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: EXCEL.EXE Application Version: 12.0.6504.5001 Application Timestamp: 49fea693 Fault Module Name: EXCEL.EXE Fault Module Version: 12.0.6504.5001 Fault Module Timestamp: 49fea693 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 002b1455 OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: LCID: 1033 Brand: Office12Crash skulcid: 1033 I have done a lot of research online, and I can see that many people have had this same problem, but a solution still remains elusive.
