Substitute for Premium Solver?

Does anyone know a substistute Premium Solver in Excel?

I need to buy a license for the functionality to maximize scenarios in
Premium Solver. Normal Solver Add-inn has a limit of rows. Isn't there a
substistute free add-inn with the same functionality that can handle more
rows than standard Solver add-inn?
