Printing Comments- just the corner
Is it possible to print a spreadsheet that has comments - and only print the
little triangle in the corner? I want to be able to recognize whether or not a cell has comments attached, but I dont want to print them below, or where they are on the sheet. I also don't want to use cell shading to distinguish them, as im using shading for other purposes. If anyone can help that would be great! Thanks, |

Debra Dalgleish shows how to put a shape over that comment indicator and that
will print (well, if you have the shape printed)... http://contextures.com/xlcomments02.html#Colour Derrick wrote: Is it possible to print a spreadsheet that has comments - and only print the little triangle in the corner? Not that I've seen.
If your range is small enough, you could a print-screen and paste the picture into MSWord (or another application). ps. You could insert the shapes manually yourself.
