Paste not working correctly in MS Excel '07
 

Hi there

When copying data from one worksheet to another, the data comes across, but
I can't get the formatting / formulae etc to copy across too. There are
reduced paste options too in the paste menu. Anyone got any ideas?

What are the "reduced paste options"?

Text and Unicode Text only?

Are you copying from one workbook to another?

Might be you have two instances of Excel running with a workbook in each.

These will not communicate with each other.

Close one instance and open both workbooks in the remaining instance.

Hi Gord, thanks for your response.

It is as you state 'Text and Unicode Text' only. It's copying and pasting
from one worksheet to another within the same workbook.

Any more ideas?
