scrolling pages in print preview
Excel 2003 scrolled through pages by rolling mouse button in print preview
view. In Excel 2007 you have to click on the next page button, which is only visible if you have the ribbon maximized. Anyone have a work-around to restore functionality in 2007? |

Excel 2007 behaves the same way as 2003 for me. Scrolling with the
mouse wheel goes from page to page when you are in Print Preview mode, regardless of the minimized state of the Ribbon. Check the following setting: On the Office menu (the big circle button in the upper left of the screen), choose Excel Options at the bottom of that list, then the Advanced page. There, be sure that "Zoom on roll with Intellimouse" is NOT checked. Excel 2007 behaves as expected for me. Beyond that, make sure that you have installed the latest Office Service Release, SP2, available at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en Also, ensure that you have the latest mouse drivers from the mouse vendor. If your mouse is a Microsoft mouse, see http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/do...px?category=MK Cordially, Chip Pearson Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Excel Product Group, 1998 - 2009 Pearson Software Consulting, LLC www.cpearson.com (email on web site) On Fri, 28 Aug 2009 11:27:13 -0700, rfrench wrote: Excel 2003 scrolled through pages by rolling mouse button in print preview view.
