How do I fix cells that print differently than shown?

I am using Excel 2007 on Windows Vista. One worksheet does not print out
correctly. Some of the rows are missing the top half of the print.
Everything looks fine on the screen. I've made the rows very wide and still
have the same issue.
How do I get the full contents to show?

try checking your print area........ it may start at row 15 instead of
row 1 (as an example).

The print area is fine. It's not the full rows that are not showing it is
the tops of the cells. For an example an "8" only has a bottom circle.

Look in the Printer Properties for some item labeled "Advanced Printing
features" or "Enhanced printing features" and disable it.

I figured it out! I had to delete all my accounting underlines and then put
them right back in - which makes no sense. Thank you for your help!
