Excel duplicating files
Does excel automatically duplicate file? For example - a file is created
named Budget.xls and it appears that excel is creating duplicates of the file named (for example) Budget;001.xls, Budget;002.xls, etc. - why does this occur? |

Do you see these names on the Title bar above the Worksheet Menu or maybe on
the Taskbar? You sure it's not the other way round like Budget.xls:1 and Budget.xls:2 etc? This would indicate you have multiple windows with the same file in each window. Close each window until you get down to one. Save the file. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Thu, 27 Aug 2009 09:14:04 -0700, levans wrote: Does excel automatically duplicate file?
