copy to PPT
Hi All,
just curious... i create chart in excel than i copy it to Power Point...but if i update in excel i should copy back again to power point.. i wonder, can they connected...so if i update in excel, chart in power point will get update also.... thanks reza |

Suggestion - Add tab or two. Create charts there and link to info tabs.
Print off on transparency and there you are. Automatic update of the charts in a second or two. Easy, quick, and darn near foolproof. "reza" wrote in message ... copy the chart in excel
Choose Paste Special in PowerPoint click on the link button on the left and Excel as the top item in the box on right This will link the data so that it can update. You can right click on the chart in powerpoint and choose update link if it isn't updating fast enough real time. Usually best to open the excel doc prior to opening the powerpoint doc.
