Drawing toolbar: line color button
 

I don't have any colors or options in the line colors. Everything is grayed
out. I select a sell with a border, but there are no color options.

Hi hammonl,

I think you are using the Drawing toolbar at the bottom of your screen?

If you are this is only to format actual drwan lines.

If you want to change the colour of your cell borders you need to use Format
+ Cells and the Borders tab.
