FILE NOT FOUND: VBA6.DLL

Everytime I open excel (MS Office Professional 2000), I get the following
error:
"File Not Found: VBA6.DLL"

The error pops up after excel opens but before the spreadsheet is displayed.
Once I click "OK", then the spreadsheet grid appears.

Any ideas?
