copying large spreadsheet into Word
I've formatted my data so it looks how I want in the Print Preview (8 pages,
column headers on every page etc), but can't copy that over into Word. Copy and paste loses all the formatting, while saving it as an image means that it pastes onto a single page, way too small to read. I've tried making a .pdf but it's coming out all shaded and illegible (even though I haven't put a fill colour in my cells). Can anyone help? |

you can try doing a File/open in word, and it comes in as a table, but you do
lose the excel page setup stuff "JoeyG" wrote: I've formatted my data so it looks how I want in the Print Preview (8 pages, column headers on every page etc), but can't copy that over into Word. Yes - already tried that! I can't believe there's no way to keep the
formatting... Thanks anyway...
