remove Format painter icon on speardsheet
Whenever I insert a new line I get an format painter icon on the next cell
down so I can format. With the work I'm doing this icon covers over a 3 chracter code that I need to read to decide whether I need to insert another line. I cannot start from the bottom and move up. How do I shut this assistant off? Thanks |

In 2007, Press the Button, select Options at the bottom. Select Advanced. In the Cut, Copy, and Paste section uncheck SHOW PASTE OPTIONS. If that doesn't do it try unchecking the others.
