How can I create BAR CODES for UPC numbers I've created
 

In Excel 2003....

Is there a way to type a UPC number in one cell, and have a BAR CODE created
automatically in the cell above or next to it ? I'd like to then paste this
image on the back label of a product I am selling...

The easiest way is to get a bar code font. Google "bar code font" and
you'll find a number of options, some free, some not.
