Subtracting Time
 
I have for example 8:15:29 AM in one cell and 9:33:15 AM in another cell and
I need the amount of time between the the two

Assuming times are in A2 and A3 respectively:
=A3-A2

format cell as time. (answer is 1:17:46)
if you want answer in hours, multiply by 24
In minutes, multiply by 24*60
in seconds, multiply by 24*60*60
