Selecting top-10 from a list

I have a list of countries in one column (b) and a list of responses from
people in each country in another (c). I want to be able to summarise the
top-10 somewhere else on the sheet and need to have a calc that shows number
1 UK - 200 responses, US - 300 responses etc

Any thoughts?
