How do I print column on left of page then break & go to right

I want to take a long list in Excel 2007 and have it print double on the
page. For example, print on left side of page to the end of page, break and
pick up at the top on the right side so that the print job is not so many
pages. We have been copying and pasting to make two columns print on a page
which doesn't work well when we have to add another line item.

I don't know if excel will do this but most printers will if you went
--File--Print (select the correct printer)--properties (should be next to
the selected printer)-- finishing tab-- document options and changed it to
print two pages per sheet

This sould be what you are looking for.

What you want is called "snaking" the column. Look at this site: HTH Otto
