ms office 2003 excel does not work well on vista
 

my laptop is running on windows vista home premium, when i purchased laptop
it was with office 2007 student trial version, after a year my laptop(hp dv
2701 TU) was not booting, so i did recovery and after recovery i was unable
to open word/excel in 2007, so i uninstalled ms office 2007 and installed ms
office 2003 on laptop, sill i can not open word/ excel file. when i open new
word document and click on save option is is not getting saved, also while
closing ms word completely it gives error of some global templates.
errors at starting - BCM office addin - Office application version does not
match, after this message, error message come - can not open wrod file,
options - read only, create a copy etc, after this file do not open, when i
open new document to create word file is is not saving file.
please help.
