How do I edit multiple comments at once
I am trying to edit 'comments' on a spread sheet that was developed by
someone else (who is on vacation and not reachable). There are multiple comments with the same information that I would like to edit all at once, instead of doing the same thing about 100 times. How do I edit multiple comments at the same time. |

Hi,
if you want to show in the spreadsheet all the comments just select the whole spreadsheet and push show comments all the comments will be printed in the spreadsheet, that doesn't mean that if you print the spreadsheet the comments will be printed for that you need to go to Page Layout, print titles, last tab "sheet", comments, choose your option "Pat" wrote: I have done that. I understand how to do what you are describing Eduardo. what I do not know
how to do is how to select a group of comments and make the same edit on each comment without doing it one at a time.
