color border
 

On some of my worksheets that I use over and over again, I find I can't just
click on the shortcut icon to draw a border as it shows no color. I have to
go to formatcellborder and change the color selection from Automatic to
Black then select my border or line. I've tried selecting the whole sheet,
changing border color to black, and saving the worksheet but when I open it
again it reverts back to Automatic color. Anything I can do?
