Link to open an Excel file

I have an Excel file saved on a local shared server.

I want to email out a link to open this file to others so they can save this
shortcut to open when they choose.

Where can I find the location of the file to copy and paste into an email or
what is the best way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance.

If you are not sure where the file is located chose the save as option and
copy the location.

Then when you compose your email you can paste the location. Depending on
the email application you use, some will recognize this as a link. If not
you will have to define the hyperlink.

Open the file and Go to VIEW TOOLBARS and select WEB. Now u will get
the information about the file location.

I think u r having the shortcut of this file in your local pc. U can keep
the cursor on the particular linking (shortcut) file and press ALT+ENTER then
select FIND TARGET. You will see the file location
