Why is printing reduced in size from spreadsheet font?
 

-used to print out 14 pt. full pages. Now prints out a reduced size (maybe 7
pt.) in the middle of a little more that half the pages... Why?

Why is printing reduced in size from spreadsheet font?
 

There is a setting in the print menu to cause the print area to occupy so
many pages. This in effect changes the print font size. Have a look and see
what you find. Need more detail? Tell us if you have Excel 2007 or a
'classical' version

file/page setup, look at scaling options on page tab

Well... I have EXCEL 2007... "File, Page Setup" doesn't really apply.

Well... I have EXCEL 2007. Previous help of "File/Page Setup" doesn't really
apply.

Open the Page Setup tab and locate the Scale to Fit group
