Excel spreadsheet will not print color in fields
 

I have printed color in Word, but my color won't print within my excel docs,
any ideas? I've tried everything!

go to the sheet tab in page setup and see if black & white is checked.

In Excel 2007 for what Gary suggests the sequence is:-

Page Layout / Page Setup / select arrow in lower right hand corner and Page
Setup window launches / in here you can see the Sheet tab that Gary mentions.
