Reverse columns in Excel 2007

I have a spreadsheet where the columns read right to left, ie. Z-A across the
top.

Does anyone know how I can reverse the columns back to normal North American
English? I've checked the language settings and it's set to US English.

Assuming xl2003:
Tools/Options/International/Deselect "View current Sheet right-to-left"
In Xl2007, find similar in Office Button/Excel Options/Advanved...
