CREATE QUOTE NO

I have in C1 a 3 letter text format eg WJT. In A1 I would like to create a
quote no using whater ever text is in C1 eg WJT1.
In a2 I would like to the quote to do the same but be eg WJT2 in AÂ£ WJT3 etc
etc
What di i need to do to dreate
