Trying to make a line graph that encomposses many worksheets
I'm basically trying to make a summary chart of all averages and sums of the
many spreadsheets I've done. Here's an example of what one looks like: Calls 4/6 4/7 4/8 Ave Sum 3:00 65 68 786 306.3 919 4:00 2 1 2 1.6 5 5:00 67 69 788 308 924 Ave 44.6 46 525.3 205.3 Sum 134 138 1576 1848 The total average (in this chart it's 205.3) and sum (1848) are what I want in different charts. There are 5 of the same charts for each month (i.e. calls, stats, whales, etc.) but they all of course have different data numbers in the different months. I want to make a graph for the charts' averages and sums over the years. That would be a chart of averages for the call data over the months and one for the call data sums over the months. So there'd be 2 graphs for each of the 5 charts. The problem is I can't seem to get it in graph form. Is there a way to manually input chart data in excel? I've been playing around with excel and haven't found a way to specifically use the averages and sums to make graphs. I'm thinking about just copying all averages and sums onto one spreadsheet so maybe excel can make it work. Tell me if you need more of an explanation. Trying to explain this situation was a little difficult. |
