I can't get NETWORKDAYS formula to work, it returns #NAME?
 
What am I doing wrong? The dates are dates & not a text.

It is a ATP function. From menu ToolsAddInscheck AnalysisToolPak

Or if you have already installed the Add-in make sure you are referring to
dates..

7/16/2009 8/16/2009 8/1/2009 =NETWORKDAYS(A1,B1,C1:C3)
