numbers displayed wrong
 

When i type for example 22 in my excel sheet it is displayed as 0,22
This is also when i open a new empty sheet/workbook.

Goto ToolsOptionsEdit and uncheck Fixed Decimal Places

Go to Tools|Options and in the Edit tab, uncheck the Fixed Decimal
option.
