Change color of answer
 
I would like to have the color of the answer to a formula change dependent
upon the answer. The purpose is to alert the user to take specific action
when the color of the answer in the cell changes.

ex: if the answer is above 25% then the number in the cell would be green,
if the answer is between 25% and 50% the number in the cell would be blue and
if the answer is over 50% the answer would be red.

Hi Ann

Perhap you want Green if cell value is less than 25?
try this
Go to Format on the Menu bar
select Conditional Formatting

Condition 1 :
if cell value is less than type 0.25 click format choose green
color

Condition 2 :
if cell value is between type 0.25 type 0.50 click format
choose blue color

Condition 2 :
if cell value is greater than type 0.50 click format format
choose red color

Hi Ann

I forget to mention that you need to select the range first before applying
conditonal formatting to the changes in colors based on the conditions you
specified
