Excel 2007 Crash Due to Linked File

Hi,

I encountered Excel 2007 file crashed when i open the file.

It will crash when i opened this file alone.
It works perfectly fine if the linked file [This Crash file is linked to
some other file] is opened as well.

Does anyone know of this problem and could kindly advise me?
