Linking worksheets - Specific Information
 

I have a large spreadsheet that I need to link to another worksheet formatted
in a different way. For example, worksheet 1 has all of a customer's
information and each item that they order, is on a different column. all of
their paper purchases are in one column while all of their toner is in
another etc.. Worksheet 2 is not as specific. there may be 4 different
columns, one for all of their office product purchases and another for all of
their janitorial purchases. How do I link the sheets so that sheet 2 knows
that toner goes in the office product column while soap goes in the
janitorial column?
