Data Entry Form
 

I have created and designed a user form for data entry. How do get it so that
when you click the submit button the data entered in the forms is entered
into the log table and the form is cleared for a new input. also how would i
auto increment an issue number so its the nest in line?

Hi Jacob. I like this example. i have one more question. I need an button to
select the sheet i need the data to go. Today i need to select sheet "monday"
from the button, and the data to go to this sheet. Tomorrow i will select
"tuesday" sheet and the data to go to this sheet.
Can this be done?
