lookup options
 

hi!
lets say i have 2 sheets.
1- calcs, 2- Data
i want to lookup a value from the calcs sheet, and have it return a
description of some steel that i'll be using.
normally thats a lookup(value, Array, Return Array) sort of function. But,
here's the twist.
the description is actually 2 adjacent cells.. like so

Calcs Data
a b | a b
c
1 item | 1 item Type Size
2 70 "tube 2x4x.125" | ...72 71 tube 2x4x.125

input 70, return the 2 descriptions in one cell.
is this possible???

=lookup(value, Array, Return Array colB) & lookup(value, Array, Return Array
ColC)

i changed it slightly - i had forgotten about the '&' symbol.

lookup(Value, Array, ReturnArrayColB &" - " &ReturnArrayColC)

which also worked.
