How to add the same value to an entire column?

I can't remember how & I've tried everything. I have a price list in column
form & want to add the same value to every cell. How is this done?

Enter the value in a cell.

Copy that cell then select the price list range and Paste SpecialAddOKEsc.

Delete the value cell.
