How to get a drop down menu to return another value
I have a list of items on Sheet2 which reads
Bananas A Apples F Peaches R Kumquats Y On Sheet1, I have a drop-down menu in cell A5 which I have set to show the choices Bananas, Apples, Peaches, Kumquats. However I need the VALUE of cell A5 to be the letter shown in the list on Sheet2. I remember there is a way to do this but I can't seem to find it.. thank you! |
