Thank you but I already checked and could not find a template that calculated
the Canadian G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax) of 5% on expenses and provided
sub-totals and totals.

Canadian GST Expense Report Templates
 
Why not just roll your own? It would be straightforward to create a formula
to calculate 5% of an expense.
