I believe you can easily change a group of positive numbers to negitive
numbers, but I can't remember how.

Insert a column and enter in B1

=A1*-1

copy formula down

Enter -1 into an empty cell and then copy that cell.
Select your range of numbers and then do a paste special and select multiply.

Formula way:
=-A1
or
=-ABS(A1)
if you want to keep negative values as negative.
or
other way is to input -1 into a cell somewhere, copy it, then do a paste
special, multiply.
