Capitalized Excel Data

I have data in an Excel spreadsheet that has both regular and fully
capitalized words. I would like to change everything to just regular words.
How can I change capitalized spelled data to regular spelled data?

Capitalized Excel Data

Proper case
=PROPER(A1)

Lower case
=LOWER(A1)

Upper case
=UPPER(A1)
