Default Color banding

How do I apply color banding in a spreadsheet? I see how it is used here

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...CL100570551033

but do not know how to apply this.

Right-click on the worksheet tab you want it to apply to and select
"View Code"

Copy and paste the code from your link into the white editor window.

Close the editor.

Now test on your sheet.
